Dr. Santiago Rodriguez is a scientist from America who has more than 25 years experience in the field of Natural Products. He has been working as an international consulting in many countries around the world. In this capacity he visited the Montilla region in Andalucia, Spain and was very impressed by the processing techniques and quality of the wine produced there. Their wine manufacturing technology perfectly blends the traditional production methods practiced over hundreds of years with the latest european technology affording a product that is safe, healthy and delicious, capturing the flavor that only hundreds of years of wine making experience can bring.

Now Dr Santiago brings to Sandiren in Haikou this family of wines for the enjoyment of the people in China, personally supervising every aspect of this wine, to ensure quality, safety and authenticity for your tasting pleasure.
